and surrounding areas. Although we are a
newly formed agency, the staff at
Uniqe Home Health is not new to home health care.
Unique Home Health is offering Home health care nursing
services.
We are focused on achieving our patient's desire
to have consistent, competent, thorough, and friendly home
care staff.
- Patients must
be home bound or even need approval from a payer
source.
- Only a
Physician's order is needed to admit the patient,
followed by an established Plan of Care, which will be
coordinated with the physician as well as the
client.
